Visiting Policy

Meet Your Kitten & Its Parents

We love showing families where their kitten was raised — and we encourage you to meet the parents in person. To keep our cats and kittens healthy and calm, visits follow a few simple rules.

By appointment

Visits are scheduled by appointment, after an initial phone conversation and an approved application. This lets us plan around the kittens' feeding and nap schedule and give you our full attention rather than rushing between visitors.

When kittens can be handled

Newborn kittens and their mother are kept quiet and undisturbed for the first weeks — this is critical for their development. We are happy to share photos and video updates during that time. In-person handling is arranged once kittens are older and their early vaccinations are underway.

Simple biosecurity

Because a visiting cattery protects fragile kittens, we ask that you:

· Come only if everyone in your group is healthy that day.
· Wear clean clothes and freshly washed hands; we may ask you to sanitize or slip on shoe covers on arrival.
· Avoid visiting other catteries, shelters, or unfamiliar cats in the 24 hours before your visit.
· Let us do the first introductions — the kittens know our voices and stay relaxed.

Where we are

We are in Westminster, Maryland — about an hour northwest of Baltimore and roughly 90 minutes from Washington, DC. We will share the exact address when we confirm your appointment.

Prefer not to travel?

You do not have to visit to adopt. Many of our families meet their kitten over video calls and choose professional flight-nanny delivery. Either way, you get the same photos, updates, and honest answers.
